By accessing our website, creating an account, placing an order, or otherwise using our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms, along with our Privacy Policy, Shipping Policy, and Refund & Return Policy.

5. Product Safety and Intended Use

6. Product Availability

We do our best to keep our website inventory accurate. However, products may occasionally become unavailable or sell out before our inventory can be updated.

We reserve the right to limit quantities, discontinue products, or remove products from our website at any time.

If an item you have ordered becomes unavailable, we will contact you and may offer an alternative, delay fulfillment where appropriate, or cancel and refund the unavailable portion of your order.

7. Pricing and Taxes

All prices displayed on our website are in Canadian dollars (CAD) unless otherwise stated.

Applicable taxes are calculated and added at checkout based on the shipping destination and applicable Canadian tax requirements.

While we make reasonable efforts to ensure that pricing information is accurate, errors may occasionally occur.

If we discover a material pricing or product information error before your order is fulfilled, we may contact you to confirm whether you wish to proceed at the correct price or cancel the affected order.

You will not be charged more than the price displayed and accepted at checkout without your authorization.

8. Orders and Order Acceptance

When you place an order through our website, you are making an offer to purchase the selected products.

After placing an order, you will generally receive an order confirmation by email. An order confirmation acknowledges that we have received your order; it does not necessarily mean that the order has been accepted or shipped.

Payment must be successfully authorized before an order can be processed.

We accept the payment methods made available at checkout.

Payment information is processed through third-party payment providers. Obelle does not generally store complete payment card information.

You represent that you are authorized to use the payment method provided.

If a payment is declined, reversed, disputed, or otherwise cannot be successfully processed, we may cancel or suspend the affected order.

10. Shipping and Delivery

Our Shipping Policy forms part of these Terms.

Orders are generally processed within 2 to 3 business days.

Obelle currently ships within Canada using carriers including Canada Post, FedEx, UPS, and Purolator.

Orders of $150 or more qualify for free shipping within Canada, subject to the terms of our Shipping Policy.

Shipping and delivery times are estimates and are not guaranteed unless expressly stated otherwise.

Once an order has shipped, delays may occur due to carrier operations, weather, transportation disruptions, remote delivery locations, holidays, or other circumstances outside our reasonable control.

11. Discreet Shipping

We understand that privacy is important when shopping for intimate wellness products.

Online orders are shipped in discreet, plain packaging without identifying the intimate nature of the products on the exterior of the package.

While we take reasonable steps to protect the privacy of your shipment, Obelle cannot control how a carrier handles or delivers a package once it has entered the carrier's system.

12. Final Sale, Returns and Exchanges

Due to the intimate nature of our products and for hygiene and safety reasons, intimate products are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.

This policy does not affect your rights regarding defective, damaged, incorrect, or mis-shipped merchandise, or any rights or remedies that cannot legally be excluded under applicable law.

13. Defective, Damaged, or Incorrect Products

If you receive a product that is damaged, defective, incorrect, incomplete, or mis-shipped, please contact us as soon as possible.

Where applicable, Obelle may assist with troubleshooting, a manufacturer warranty claim, replacement, or another appropriate resolution.

Manufacturer warranties vary by brand and product. Unless expressly stated otherwise, Obelle does not provide a separate manufacturer's warranty and cannot guarantee that a manufacturer will approve a particular warranty claim.

Please retain your product, original packaging, shipping materials, and proof of purchase where possible, as these may be required to investigate an issue or process a warranty claim.

14. Manufacturer Information and Warranties

Many of the products sold by Obelle are manufactured by independent third-party companies.

Manufacturer warranties, instructions, specifications, and claims are provided by the applicable manufacturer.

Where a manufacturer offers a warranty, the manufacturer's terms and conditions apply.

Obelle will make reasonable efforts to assist customers with warranty inquiries and claims where appropriate.

is owned by or licensed to Obelle Inc. or its applicable content providers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

24. Indemnification

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, you agree to indemnify and hold harmless Obelle Inc., its owners, directors, employees, and representatives from claims, losses, liabilities, damages, and reasonable expenses arising from:
